If you drive by our house . . .

. . .you might see this in our doorway:

Braden has discovered our glass storm door, and has a great time making faces and watching the world go by.  (And drooling on the glass and smearing it all around.  So lovely.)

You'll notice Braden is standing at the door; that's because sitting is just not cool anymore.  B loves to pull up on anything he can get his hands on and stand.  Today I was cleaning out our "dump"/storage room and put a box in the family room where B was playing.  He loved pushing that empty box around the room, and had a grand time with his new "toy" until I took it out to the recycling.

Little mister has been doing a fine job with solids - he'll eat anything we give him.  Usually he's a good little eater, but since acquiring his upper teeth, he has started pushing the food out more often (he likes to feel his teeth with his tongue, and we think that is what he is doing when he eats) - so mealtime has become a mess!

Recently he's started feeding himself puffs (cereal)!  It's nice to be able to dump a handful on his tray and let him feed himself while we are making/eating dinner. Braden is able to get most of the puffs in his mouth, but still misses sometimes (we find lots of puffs in his lap) or ends up with them stuck in his little fists (they get sticky and start to dissolve when they get wet (i.e. drooled on).  Here's a short clip of B eating puffs all by himself!
