Lately we've been busy:
getting messy/fingerpainting . . .
getting clean/enjoying bath time . . .
growing . . . (wearing some 0-3 mth size clothes now, and some newborn shoes finally fit! I just loooove baby shoes even though they are so not necessary or practical - but they are just too cute to pass up - especially girls' shoes!)
working in the yard (scooping out sawdust from where we had a stump removed. And yes, B is wearing his bicycle helmet - he was riding his bike but then decided digging with daddy was more fun!) . . .
lookin' cute (E in her "baby legs" - sooo adorable! again, girl clothes are way fun!) . . .
and playing! (Elise is really digging the playmat these days and loves to kick at the toys)
I also (with mom's help) made new curtains for the sunroom/dining room. Unfortunately I didn't take a "before" picture, but you can see the old look in this post. The new curtains are the same style as before (we didn't want to cover the view and going with blinds would have cost a fortune for 10 windows anyway), but more colorful/less "country" looking. I decided that since I always go with neutral (furniture, curtains, and usually paint too), it was time to add some color. It was too hard to commit to one color, so I went with a bright, fun, kind of retro print that has lots of colors and will "go" with just about anything.
