We've discovered that Braden is a huge fan of the outdoors.

Last year he seemed to enjoy being outside, and did well on stroller rides . . . but it was difficult to tell just how much he liked it (well, we did know that he loved the pool). This year, there is no question - he loves being outside. Even when it was cold and snowy, he loved to explore our yard - and if he could find a way to get outside, he'd make run for it. Now that we've got the stroller out and are going on walks on a (almost) daily basis, he knows exactly what the stroller is for (going outside!), and often spies it in the garage and tries to climb into it when we're getting into the car each morning to go to daycare.

A couple of weeks ago we bundled up and played at the park (found these photos on my camera today) . . .

Now we're LOVING the warmer weather (80's today! What a difference a couple of weeks makes!), and are having a ball playing outside in the sunshine. The grass is greening up, the sky is blue, and the sun is warm - what could be better!?

Today we "practiced" hunting for eggs - B will get to participate in his first Easter egg hunt on Sunday - and we were curious to see if he'd catch on to picking up the eggs . . .

He liked finding them, and picking them up, but wasn't very interested in putting them in the basket . . .

. . . it's much more fun to grab the eggs and run!
