It seems like Braden learns something new everyday! I must be on a big "milestone" kick, because today we gave using utensils another shot (we have not been very good about giving our little guy opportunities to practice - it's messy, sometimes frustrating, and is just so much easier to provide "finger food" for a toddler). But tonight Billy got out a little single serving of applesauce (we're trying to use up our left over "baby" food stash - but aren't doing a very good job since that would require us to feed it to Braden - we're spoiled now that he can mostly feed himself) and I figured we might as well let him try feeding it to himself . . .
here's what happened:
