Last week I was the one on the go . . . to FLORIDA . . . without the boys. After a meltdown the night before leaving, I had a great trip and loved doing this:
Since the trip was really for work, I also went to workshops and learned about language and culture and hung out with fun coworkers. And skyped my boys at night so that I could see that they really were ok without me. Billy was a rockstar and did a great job with B (knew he would!).
I've posted a lot of pool/lake pics lately (yeah, that's pretty much what we've been up to), but haven't taken any tubby pics for a while. I am still trying to get used to the new camera (experimenting with the manual settings and figuring out my new lens that doesn't focus automatically - a challenge with such a squirmy subject!) . . . here are some that I thought turned out cute . . . little man sure does love his bath!
. . . whew! Since we've pretty much been in the water every day this summer (and it is not fun trying to keep our cameras dry and get decent pictures), I ordered a little waterproof point and shoot camera - can't wait for it to arrive and to try some underwater pics! A bathtime bonus at our house is that the floor gets soaked with soapy water every night, so we just towel it off and call the floor clean!
